Simulated environment
All accounts offered through FFN Perps, including evaluation accounts and funded accounts, operate within a simulated, non-executing environment. No program involves the deposit, use or risk of a participant's real capital, and no participant is asked to fund a live trading account. Simulated pricing is modeled by reference to publicly available data from third-party exchanges; FFN Perps is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any referenced exchange.
Hypothetical performance disclosure (CFTC Rule 4.41)
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight.
